Homemade TRX Suspension Trainer
Suspension training is a great way to make bodyweight training a lot harder and a fantastic method for increasing the strength in your TRUNK (not your car or on an elephant, some prefer CORE)
The TRX suspension trainer is essentially a length of webbing with handles and a hook on other end to attach to a secure surface. Simple but a cheaper way is to make your own out of webbing or some rope.
