DIY Dumpster Training

Need a prowler but haven't got the time to make one? There's always something just around the corner you can use instead!

Check out Defranco and crew, putting their heads together and coming up with this great idea for a DIY Fitness Workout with a Dumpster. Used as a finisher for any Strongman style workout it's always gonna be a winner!



Another great rubbish bin version of this would be the good old 'Wheelie Bin', fill with heavy stuff and you've all of a sudden got a great device for an impromptu strength/fitness workout
