Homemade Protein Bars
Joe Hashey from Synergy Athletics has put up a great post about making homemade protein bars which will save you lots of cash
Protein Bar Ingredients:
- Peanut Butter – 1 cup
- Oats – 1/2 cup
- Dry Milk or Protein Powder – 1/4 cup
- Honey – tablespoonish (optional).
