Dishwasher Press
Real DIY strength training is about using whatever you can find and making a workout from it!
Here I lift and press a dishwasher that was lying around in my garage waiting to go to a new home.
Odd object lifting really challenges your body to hit core muscles by making it much more akward to lift
Sandbag training is great for this
