Great idea for performing Glute Ham Raises with limited equipment from Chris Beardsley of the GarageGymOnline
Equipment required:
Couple of pull up bars
Stretch bands
Weight discs
Pulley system (if you made the DIY TRX then you could use that) or at least some of the above
or some ingenuity.
