What is the Glute Ham Raise good for?
The GHR gives serious agro to the posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes,lower back and calves), hitting it like nothing else for a return of improvement in your squat, deadlift, clean, snatch and will also help to make you run faster and jump higher.
